He sits in the corner of your screen. He works on a computer of his own.
NotchBot is an AI agent for Windows that runs on your own Claude Code subscription. Ask him for something, walk away, and he gets on with it on a private cloud desktop that belongs to you. Glance at his monitor whenever you like, take over with your own mouse, or stop him.
Windows now, Mac coming. Access is by invite for the moment: each pairing code is issued per person. Needs a Claude Pro or Max plan.
He is working. Hover or click him to get his attention.
About two minutes from download to first task
Three steps, and none of them involves handing anything over to us.
-
Install and pair
Run the installer and type in the pairing code from your invite. That links the app on your PC to his computer: a private Linux desktop in the cloud that only your paired devices can reach.
-
Sign in to Claude, in your own browser
He opens the Claude sign-in page in your browser. You log in with your Pro or Max account exactly as you would anywhere else. NotchBot never sees your password.
-
Ask, then walk away
Click him or press Ctrl Shift Space, say what you need, and go do something else. He browses, fills things in, does the research, uses desktop apps, and his speech bubble tells you when he is done.
Your Claude subscription. Your agent. Your computer.
The agent inside NotchBot is Claude Code, running on his cloud computer and signed in with your plan. NotchBot does not sit in the middle of that.
On your PC
- The NotchBot app and the character in the corner
- A window onto his live screen
- Your mouse and keyboard, when you choose to take over
On his computer, which belongs to you
- A private Linux desktop in the cloud
- Claude Code, signed in with your Claude account
- His browser, his apps, every file he touches
- No AI bill from us
- NotchBot never pays for, meters or resells AI usage. What he does counts against your own Claude plan, the same as Claude Code on your laptop would.
- No password handover
- You sign in to Claude in your own browser, against Claude directly. NotchBot never sees or stores your Claude login.
- No way to reach your files
- He works on a computer that is yours but isolated from your PC. If he makes a mistake, it stays on his desk, not on yours.
You can always see what he is doing
Watch
His main monitor in the corner shows his live screen. His second monitor writes out every step as he takes it.
Take over
Click his screen and your mouse and keyboard drive his computer. Finish the fiddly bit yourself, then hand it back.
Stop
One click stops him mid-task. Nothing he does happens where you cannot see it.

Questions people ask first
Do I need a Claude subscription?
Yes, a Claude Pro or Max plan. NotchBot runs on your plan; there is no separate AI charge from NotchBot.
Does NotchBot see my Claude login?
No. You sign in to Claude in your own browser, directly with Claude. NotchBot never sees your password.
What can he actually do?
Anything you could do on a computer with a screen or a terminal: browse the web, fill in forms, do research, use desktop apps, and run commands if you allow it.
Can he make mistakes?
Yes. That is why he works on his own isolated computer rather than yours, and why you can watch every step, take over, or stop him at any point.
Is the connection private?
Everything between the app and his computer is encrypted, and only your paired devices can connect to it.
Is there a Mac version?
Windows now, Mac coming.
How do I get in?
Access is by invite right now. Write to hello@notchbot.si and we will issue you a pairing code.
Give him a desk
Two minutes to set up. Runs on the Claude plan you already have.
